Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Since we currently ship only within Poland, most parcels arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

🚚 Where do you deliver?
At this time, trendcq.com ships exclusively within Poland. International shipping is not yet available, but we may expand our delivery areas in the future.

🔍 How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. You can use this link anytime to view real-time updates from the courier.

Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us first so we can assist you with the return process.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@trendcq.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as quickly as possible.
